New textile skills development programme for members 2025 sees the launch of SWIFTS, Scottish Women’s Institutes’ Framework for Textile Skills, an exciting new skills development programme to replace SWI proficiency tests. SWIFTS aim to support textile skills development across various levels and disciplines in a modern and dynamic way and to test the programme and
